Hero Arts 45th Anniversary Blog Hop- Day 3
Friday, May 24, 2019 361Welcome back!
Today, I am so honored to be included in a very special blog hop celebrating a very special company. Just about everyone I know has a few Hero Arts stamps in their collection. I remember going to my local scrapbook store and seeing the huge shelves of Hero Arts woodblock stamps and wanting every single one of them! Hero Arts was special then and they are special now.
I absolutely love the heart behind this company. If you haven’t had a chance to meet Aaron Leventhal, the owner, put that on your bucket list because I guarantee you that he will leave you a better human than he found you. 🙂
Although they are still a small, family-owned business, you will find Hero Arts stamps just about everywhere. The quality speaks for itself once you create with their products. And they are always right on trend. But even more important, the heart behind this company, the generosity and help they provide and the love that they show to their customers and competitors in almost unheard of.
The stamp sets that I used for this hop were both from the vault! These were stamps from many catalogs ago that are back for a limited time.
This card was created using the From the Vault Flowers stamp set. I decided to use this beautiful pot of daffodils and I colored them with Copic markers. I used a swiss dot embossing folder and created a clean and simple card which puts all the focus on this beautiful image.
For my second card, I repeated the same layout with a different shaped die and I colored this vibrant can of flowers and vines with Copic markers as well. By sticking with the clean and simple layout, the focus is once again on that gorgeous image.

I also had an opportunity to create with the beautiful throw-back set From the Vault Celestial and this set was calling for some Hero Arts Gold embossing powder.
I added a little skinny Washi tape to border the image and used the “Make every day one to remember” greeting. I love all the encouraging greetings in this set as well as all of the beautiful celestial images.
